My practice is a power vinyasa flow. I combine my love of fitness and music with my spiritual journey, throw in some of the adrenaline I used to get out running competitively... and bring it all to my yoga practice! I love every aspect of yoga and can't wait to share it!!
Did you all know that I am a certified Nutritionist specializing in gluten-free and plant-based nutrition? And I don't talk about it much, but I have been wracked with health issues for most of my life, from allergies, to celiac disease, severe anemia, and auto-immune disease. All while training like an athlete and living with the demands and stress of being a single mom... and oh yeah, trying to feed the pickiest eater ever, my kid! But I have found my healthiest life ever, all holistically, through nutrition and lifestyle!! I want to share all my tips and secrets with you! Plus, I LOVE to cook and I love to talk food and recipes! So we are going to do it here!!

I teach everyday here in LA but I realize some of you can't make it into a studio or even to CA! So I am working hard to make a lot of online yoga class videos, all on here, all for you to access at any time and from any location! I will have live 1-hour classes to take at your convenience, as well as videos for drills, strengthening, quick sesh's, and meditation... all from the comfort of your own home, mat, backyard, office... (don't worry we won't tell your boss! 😉 )

Growth. In yoga philosophy, personal growth is a holistic journey of self-discovery, discipline, and inner transformation. It encompasses physical, mental, and spiritual development through practices like our asana, pranayama (breath control), and meditation. Rooted in the concepts of svadhyaya (self-study) and tapas (self-discipline), growth in yoga is about transcending ego, cultivating mindfulness, and aligning with one’s true nature.
I know, easier said than done. And we all just want to practice our flow, or get that cool pose. But have you experienced those moments where you seem to escape the outer world, perhaps finding that flow state? I bet you’ve felt the ego drift away at the end of a practice, even if you don’t really acknowledge it. Ultimately, personal growth in yoga is not about external achievements, those IG-worthy poses, but about deepening one’s connection to the self and the universe. So remember, just when you may feel you haven’t mastered a new pose in a while… you’ve probably grown immeasurably in many other ways!
