I saw this reel and just had to try for myself 😉 but the idea brings me back to this week’s philosophy for class… Do you find yourself going in circles? Do you find you keep getting the same outcome despite your efforts? ABC’s: antecedent, behavior, consequence, or in other words, every action has a reaction. Perhaps try the equation backwards… change your reaction, for a different action, change the outcome, and the action has to meet you there!! Say, “I’m the strongest yogi the room ever saw”… and see your strength and flow match your intention! 😉 let me know what you think!
