* Class size is limited so sign up NOW!!
* 35 yoga mats will be available to anyone who wants to use one (but you are welcome to bring your own).
* Note: there is no public water fountain or restroom at the store. Bring your hydration… and plan ahead.
* Attendees may relax, connect, shop, etc., after class and then doors open to the public at 11am.

A spontaneous mini-retreat!! I am hosting the RETREAT WEEKEND of your life! Zaca Lake in the heart of the Santa Ynez Valley in Central Ca! Only a 2:45 drive outside of LA, a small distance from the heart of Santa Ynez & Los Olivos. A unique heaven like no other, we stay on a 320-acre private sanctuary surrounded by the Los Padres National Forest. Rich in Native American culture & a home to a nature and wildlife reserve. Gentle rolling hills dotted with ancient oak trees lead you to the entry of Zaca Lake, the gateway to the San Rafael Wilderness. A rare, natural spring-fed lake is at the center of the property. Nestled under a canopy of redwoods, a series of cabins line the north side of the lake. Every building has been meticulously restored to immerse you in spa-like comfort & luxury.

We begin each day with a yoga practice & meditation. You may know Kristina’s usual approach strays from the traditional , but see Kristina’s more gentle practice as she organically blends breath & yoga with tradition. Other rituals will round out the retreat throughout the weekend including ceremony, added yoga, & a special guest for meditation. We end each day with an exquisite meal, dining in the cocoon of the redwoods.
One evening we will get to indulge in holistic treatments at the Lavender Barn Spa at The Inn At Mattei’s Tavern, an award winning spa with a thermal experience of sauna, steam, hot tubs, cold plunge & outdoor baths. Each guest will choose either a 60 min massage or facial.
Deepen your yoga practice, get out & explore a new world, reconnect with your self & your own peace and inner-being before the holiday craziness begins. We are going to have the weekend & the relaxation of our lives!

Happy Friday, yogi’s! Thanks for sharing practice with me this week! I haven’t posted in a while because of a bad knee. I mentioned, I was asked,”What is the universe trying to tell you?’l 😂 so I’ve slowed down a lot in 2 months, used it as a nice challlenge, slow and steady, I kinda like it 🤪. (The knee is still wrapped )and I tend to dislike these vids as it looks like I’m not straightening my leg! It’s the dumb broken kneecap that is still swollen… oh well!)
