We are going to be playing with, training with, learning from, hanging out with, AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Champs as they train. We are going to take workshops with a long list of celebrity experts! We have the Caribbean as our playground to try out an exciting list of sports and activities. And then my yoga and wellness… we work, we sweat, we balance, we flow! I will be offering a unique set of classes only for my guests, multiple per day to choose from, from relaxing restorative if you’ve been spiking all day with the pros, to more advanced workshops for my yogi-practitioners! Touching on all the pilars of our retreats: health, practice, community, friendship!
