I incentivize packages and monthly plans because it really takes consistency and commitment to reap the benefits! After all, it is called “a practice!” If you hired a personal trainer for one session a month, and then went to them after the month and said, “I don’t feel any new muscle, I haven’t lost any weight,” it would seem pretty silly, right? Why would yoga be any different? If you truly want the benefits of a practice, grounding, calm, flexibility, muscle tone, deeper understanding, and correct form and posture, it won’t happen with a single session now and then. 1-on-1 Private
A 1-on-1 personalized experience focusing on your personal growth and success into a stronger practice. Whether it’s basic alignment or inversions, we will work together taking your practice to the next
level. And for this private, I say, why not bring a friend or partner!
Semi-Private
This option is suited for smaller groups of 3-9 people, this option offers the intimacy of a private with the energy of a group. Whether it’s your friends or family, a retreat, special occasion or party with friends, or even a small work function, the power of moving and breathing together is a very special experience.
Group
This option is best for 9+ people, this is big energy. Think of a studio experience, but personalized and with only your friends and peers to practice with. Great for personal retreats, weddings, reunions and businesses, a shared memory awaits.
* Monthly Terms: Eight (8) 60-minute sessions per month, ideally twice/week, to be used within one (1) month of first session.
* Package Terms: Six (6) sessions to be used within six (6) weeks of first session.
* Safety is a high priority and unless mutually agreed upon, social distancing will be requested (ie: appropriate distancing and masking upon request). If either party is not feeling well or is experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms, we will reschedule our session(s) for a later date. And in consideration of my clients with immuno-compromised situations, I can provide and will request proof of COVID-19 vaccination.

Happy Friday, Yogi’s ✨ Last theme was our roots, our home, our grounding. And amazingly, my good friend shared some words with me that became my mantra instantly: “be the seed!” Be the seed of what you want to see! Be the seed, of Kindness, of Compassion, of Friendship, of Love… and what a wonderful thought as we lean into love-season. I promise, I’m not a flexible person, not without a ton of work! You’ve heard about my titanium spine and dislocated hips, right?! So when I tell you these poses are possible, I can say from personal experience. Let’s give this variation on a split a try! My #1 tip in almost all cases: work the ribcage forward and down the front leg, elongate the hamstrings. And always always, breathe! Tell me if you want to give it a try!

Well, we just finished our week of grounding into our “home” and roots (more outtakes & part of our flow on Bosu-ball in stories). How do you all feel after the hip work?
With all of that balance in our flow, I started to think about the Bosu ball? Do you all know it? It’s a dome-shaped fitness ball thing with a flat side, to master your balance!! I’ve seen the posts and thought “no way!” So what do I do when I hear “no way?”… of course I have to shatter that “no!”🤣 Give it a try and let me know how you do! 💪🏼 And always, have some fun with it! Should I bring this into class? Or maybe a Longevity: balance workshop soon?! 🤔✨

“I left my soul… on the Pacific Coast.”
It’s been such a week! There are no words. The absolute devastation, and the beauty of the soul of Los Angeles, shining through the ash, as strong and as beautiful as our LA sun.
Life can feel unbearable at times, but just like a balance asana, strength comes trom within. In these moments, we are forced to grow stronger, find balance, and be resilient. Never give up, even when it feels impossible, be brave and keep going —we have to.
Yoga reminds us that strength isn’t just physical; it’s the courage to keep going, to find that something deep within, to put one foot in front of the other when we don’t feel we can take one more step. Remember, we are not born with strength. It’s something that we develop and find deep inside.
With exhaustion after a week of emotion, I played around trying to find that balance today. Lots of wobbles, like everyone here these days. Just feeling our way through these next steps.
Stay strong, stay balanced, and have faith.
