My POWER Vinyasa is @ThriveHealthLA! Thursdays 6:30-8pm! I’m so excited to have our fun class under the stars on the rooftop patio (yes -music! yes -heatlamps!) … followed immediately w/,sauna & cold-plunge gathering, in the same location!
AND THIS WEEK 12/11 is FREE 🤩🤩🤩 I’m so happy to share what I love in yoga and wellness with you and the Thrive Collective💫 (cold-plunge is like the dolphins… optional!🥶😉)
