As the year comes to an end, I’m reflecting on how grateful I am for this community of yogis and the friendships I’ve made. I am becoming more and more aware of my neurodivergent characteristics and habits, thanks to a few friends, and I know that I isolate in difficult times. But I am soooo grateful for all of your friendships your love hasn’t gone unnoticed! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Have you ever had a time in life when you just want to call out “Uncle?!” Or throw in the towel. I think it’s complete heart break. It’s utter and complete exhaustion. But I know I have to, I must, put one foot in front of the other. I return to my mat time and again, for that strength, the balance, to translate what I know on the mat, to live off the mat.

I’m so excited to have our fun class under the stars on the rooftop patio (yes -music! yes -heatlamps!) … following immediately, sauna & cold-plunge & gathering!
