I am subbing this morning, vinyasa flow, come join! There are no poses that a beginner can’t do, and I always cue for proper form and learning, and I will cue for modifications as well a advanced variations great for athletes and the advanced yogi! When I sub, I keep my 2-week theme and the ideas from my regularly scheduled classes, but I will shape it for this Vinyasa flow.
